Mission statement

Mantra Health Alliance exists to improve access to healthcare for individuals and families who face barriers to care. We coordinate services, navigate resources, and partner with providers and communities so every person we serve can get the right support at the right time.

Vision

We envision a Massachusetts where underserved communities experience equitable, coordinated care — fewer gaps, stronger connections between patients and providers, and health outcomes that reflect dignity, respect, and cultural responsiveness.

Our commitment

Through care coordination, community health worker support, insurance and resource navigation, and education, we help reduce unnecessary emergency visits, improve follow-through on care plans, and strengthen the network of support around each person.
